11. Voice & Data

Are you looking for both voice and data coverage? If so please note the following: Dual band boosters will work for most carriers for voice, 2G, and 3G data. 4G boosters will work for a specific carrier's 4G signal only (Verizon 4G LTE, AT&T 4G LTE, Sprint 4G Wimax, and T-Mobile 3/4G AWS). Put simply, if you want voice, 2G, 3G and 4G coverage we will be recommending a setup that involves multiple amplifiers. Please note that AT&T 4G and 4G LTE are two different technologies running on two separate frequencies. Any dual band booster will work with standard AT&T 4G.

12. Outside Signal Strength

Are you able to make and receive calls in at least some areas (outside)? If so, what is the signal strength in decibels? To get this information you will have to put your phone into Field Test Mode . Please submit the average signal strength as a positive number. This number should be somewhere between -55 dBm and -105 dBm, but our form will only accept positive numbers so please remove the "-" sign. If you are not able to put your phone into test mode, please submit your signal strength in "bars." This is not an accurate method of determining signal strength, but gives us something to go on. If you are looking to cover 4G as well as voice and 3G please submit separate readings.

15. Building Sketch / Diagram / Floor Plan

If you have an existing picture, sketch, diagram, or floor plan of your home, office, etc. and would be willing to send it to us, it will greatly reduce the number of follow-up questions we may have.  Supported file formats include PDF, DWG and just about any picture format (JPG, GIFF, etc..).  Please keep the file size to under 20MB and upload below.  You may also email any additional documentation to support@mycellsignalbooster.com  Please reference the name or email address used in this design submission form.

16. Additional Info.

Please give us any additional information which may be relevant to your specific application so that we may recommend the right booster and accessories for the job. Examples of additional useful information include: Building construction materials (brick, metal), Number of floors and sq. footage of each floor, and Surrounding terrain (wooded, mountainous, flat, urban). Also, the majority of our home/business/commercial recommendations will require the installation of an external antenna on the roof or side of the building. If you are not comfortable doing this, or have a roof that is not easy to access please be sure to let us know so that we may provide options.
