Shipping PoliciesMost orders will ship within 1 business day after the order is placed. Holiday seasons, large orders, and custom quoted orders may take a day or two longer. We work with a number of reputable distributors and manufacturers all over the U.S. and dropship most orders directly from the distributor or manufacturer to you. Because we do not actually stock any product, this virtually eliminates backorders and speeds up delivery time. Items shown in our store are only "out-of-stock" when every single one of our national distributors or product manufacturers are out of stock, which almost never happens. We currently only ship to U.S. addresses. Current Shipping Promotion: Free Standard Ground Shipping on ALL orders over $650, up to 60 Lbs. Call or email for shipping quote on ALL orders over 60 Lbs. Standard Shipping Standard shipping incudes UPS or FedEx ground service. Acutal method used will depend on items ordered. Most standard ground orders will ship within 1-2 business days. Cart Weight Shipping Expedited Shipping Expedited Shipping includes UPS 3-Day, FedEx Express Saver, or USPS Priority shipping serivce. Actual carrier used will depend on items ordered. 2 Day Shipping 2-Day Shipping includes FedEx 2-Day or UPS 2-Day delivery service. We make every effort to move 2-day shipping orders to the front of our processing queue and ship the same or next business day. Cart Weight Shipping Return PolicyYou may return any product within 25 days from date of order. For backorders or orders shipped more than 3 business days after order date, you may return within 25 days of shipping date. Please note that a 10%-20% restocking fee may apply to any and all non-defective products, unless we recommended and guaranteed product(s) for your specific application via phone or email that simply did not perform as we specified it would. All non-defective products to be considered for return must include anything and everything that was originally shipped with the product. This includes original manufacturer packaging, mounting hardware, accessories, owner's manuals, install manuals, etc. and must be in resellable condition. A missing parts fee will be deducted from your refund for returned products that are missing any of the afore mentioned items. This fee is in addition to the 10%-20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded. Your refund will be for the current price of the product or the price you paid (whichever is lower) less any restocking or missing items fees. We do accept partial order returns if you only wish to return part of your order. Please contact us to receive an RMA if you wish to return any item. All returns must have an RMA # or they will be rejected.
Backorder PolicyWe work with a number of reputable distributors all across the country. All product is dropshipped from the closest distributor to your location, or even directly from the manufacturer. Not having to keep inventory and worry about stock virtually eliminates backorders. In the rare event one or more of your items is on a national backorder where the manufacturer cannot keep up with the demand, we will notify you in a timely manner and provide options. Damaged Goods PolicyPlease contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
