All worked out great. Your instructions on the phone helped me a lot! Outside was about -85dbm in test mode on the phone. Once we put ant on roof, we hooked system together and sat inside with the cell phone in test mode and had the guy on the roof turn ant for best inside. Works great. Usually 3bars inside. About -83dbm in test mode. Everyone is very pleased. Thanks again for your help.

We now have service and a great signal where none was before.

Tech help was great and everything work out perfect. System has provided excellent cell service and was my only way for phone service when a storm this winter knocked out power and internet "bundled" phone service.

Old signal was -102 in office, now -62 in office, and that is with 40' outside antenna cable, 20' inside antenna cable. In terms of bars, I went from one or two to five bars. Folks nearly always complained that they were losing me if I didn't hold the phone in just the right direction. I didn't even mount the dome antenna in the office, I mounted it out in the hall. So, I'm pleased with the results. I've never gotten 5 bars anywhere in the house before, and sometimes no signal at all in my office. Thank you for all the customer support.
